Presentation
Over the past few months, YAM have undertaken an intensive internal review where we have gained feedback from our membership. At the interim meeting, we intend to share an overview of the process and the results of those meetings with the wider community.
On the basis of that feedback, we have proposed a mission statement that we hope will be adopted by the community. This will speak to the community’s values which include the need for inspirational leadership, unity, spiritual growth, forward thinking and pastoral support.
We intend to talk through the action points that we propose will underpin these values and move the community forward together.
There will be an opportunity at the end of the presentation to ask questions and make suggestions. These proposals, along with any changes will be brought forward to the AGM later in the year.
