Dear Friends, In different ways this has obviously been the hardest of years for all of Klal Yisroel. No words can adequately express the pain our people have been suffering.
We know that great demands have been placed upon all of us to support – financially and otherwise – our Brethren in our beloved homeland, and it is difficult to ask for more sacrifice in our regular appeal for the Yeshurun Gemach.
However, the hardships experienced by some of our members have not gone away, and we remain a source of assistance and help for some of our most disadvantaged friends.
We continue to support them, and need to ask for whatever donations you can manage to soften the blows of the rising cost of living and provide the kind of chagim which perhaps we take too much for granted.
Donations can be made by internet banking to HSBC, sort code 40-07-24, account number 11301691, account name Yeshurun Gemach.
Donations can also be made via the shul office (which can accept charity vouchers and cheques), Simon Sefton or Seth Belson. Cheques should be made payable to the ‘Yeshurun Gemach’.
