Due to a number of requests for the voting period to be extended, the decision has been made in coordination with the Federation, to open voting at the earlier time of 8:45. Voting will still close at the same time as previously announced, 10:15.
We’re delighted to announce that this year’s AGM will be held in person, in the downstairs hall, at 10:00 am on SUNDAY 15th JUNE.

Members joining the Board of Management will be expected to participate in running at least one of the portfolios in the list below. Some portfolios, such as Events, will probably require at least two or three Board members. Members not on the Board of Management are very welcome to assist.
Please send your nominations to the office by MONDAY 9th JUNE at 1:00 pm. The forms can be emailed as well as dropped in to the letter box on the front gate.
Although the forms are presented on the basis that members nominate member(s) for the various positions, we will accept, and in fact encourage members to self-nominate and submit forms with the signatures (and full details) of at least three members who support their nomination.
As in previous years, if you have any questions, please put them in writing and send them to us by TUESDAY 10th and, if possible we will reply before the meeting, so that we can have a meeting that makes best use of the attendee’s time.
